Good Idea, Bad Idea is a recurring Animaniacs segment first featured in the seventeenth episode. Each segment, narrated by Tom Bodett, would show a “good idea”, followed up by a “bad idea”, both illustrated by scenes with Mr. Skullhead doing both things, and suffering as a result of the bad ideas. Good ideas included playing the piccolo in a marching band, stopping to smell the roses, and kissing a loved one. Bad ideas included playing a piano in a marching band, stopping to feel the roses, and kissing a total stranger.
